Terms and Conditions – Lost Trail Travel
Welcome to Lost Trail Travel. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (local currency or USD).
2. Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus transaction fees)

15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
-
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
-
No-show on the departure day will result in 100% forfeiture of the tour cost.
3. Tour Itinerary Changes

Lost Trail Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns.

Any changes will be communicated promptly, and we will always aim to provide an alternative of equal or higher value.
4. Rider Requirements

Participants must hold a valid motorbike license for tours requiring manual or semi-automatic bikes.

Riders must follow all local traffic laws and ride responsibly.

If you are not confident riding, we offer pillion (ride-along) options.
5. Insurance

All riders and passengers are required to have travel insurance that covers motorbike activities.

Lost Trail Travel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
6. Safety & Responsibility

Safety gear (helmet, gloves, basic protection) is provided. Riders are encouraged to bring personal protective equipment if preferred.

Lost Trail Travel is not responsible for any damages resulting from reckless riding or non-compliance with the guide’s instructions.
7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).
8. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in a motorbike tour involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Lost Trail Travel is not liable for any injury, death, or loss resulting from your participation.
