Deposit – Lost Trail Travel
1. Deposit Policy

A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.

This deposit secures your motorbike, accommodations, and tour arrangements.

Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cash (VND or USD).

All bank or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Balance Payment

The remaining 70% must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.

Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus transaction fees)

15–29 days before departure: 50% of the deposit refundable
-
Less than 14 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable
-
No-show on the day of departure: 100% of the tour cost forfeited
4. Date Changes

Changes to your booking must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

We will accommodate your new date based on availability without additional charges.
5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a credit for future use.
