Services and tour packages available

Flexibility in organizing motorbike tours is always our top priority. We have tours from an individual to a large group of 16 or more riders.

Our services vary according to the number of passengers to suit:

Groups of 1–5: Tour price includes English speaking guide, excludes mechanic and Wildtrak 4×4. Additional fees apply if required (mechanic: $120/day, Wildtrak 4×4: $150/day)

Groups of 6–10: Tour price includes mechanic, tour leader and English speaking guide, excludes 4×4 pickup. You have to pay extra if you need (Wildtrak 4×4: $120/day)

Group of 10–16 people: All included (One mechanic, one tour leader, 2 English speaking guides and Wildtrak 4×4)

Group >16: All included. Please contact us/book the tour 6 months in advance. We will have enough time to arrange everything for you in a wonderful way.

1. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

We require a deposit of 30% of the total amount upon confirmation of your booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Your booking may be considered cancelled if the full balance is not received by
Vietnam Motorcycle Tours Club by that time.

You may choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card with any
bank transfer fees/charges to be paid by you.
Once we have received your payment, we will issue you a final confirmation
of the itinerary and service details via email.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We are not responsible for any flight delays or schedule changes at any stage during the trip.
We reserve the right to change the itinerary or postpone the tour due to weather, local conditions,
political or many other reasons with our prior notice.

During the tour, if you are found to be in violation of any of the rules without prior exception from the tour leader,
we reserve the right to cancel the tour without any refund.

During the tour, if your bike has a minor technical problem, our guide/mechanic will try to fix it as soon as possible.
In case the bike cannot be repaired on the day, we will try to replace it with a similar bike to ensure your trip is not interrupted.

If you have to cancel the tour for special reasons, you can transfer your booking to someone else. However,
you will be responsible for ensuring your nominee pays their full amount.
