The purpose of this trip is to visit Hanoi’s Old Quarter and experience the train journey to the Chinese border, stop by Sapa – the highest town in Vietnam at 1,800 meters, famous for its terraced rice fields ranked among the world’s top 11. The main highlights are exploring ethnic minority cultures, tasting unique mountain cuisine, and discovering the mystical, untouched northern highlands with their warm and friendly people. We will spend time dining and staying with local families in remote villages at night, explore Ma Pi Leng Pass – considered the most beautiful pass in Vietnam and ranked among the world’s top 10 scenic destinations, visit Ban Gioc Waterfall – the largest in Vietnam located right on the Vietnam–China border and listed among the world’s 21 most beautiful waterfalls, and explore Ba Be Lake – Vietnam’s largest natural freshwater lake – where we will travel by boat through the clouds to reach ancient villages. Finally, we will visit Ha Long Bay
Day 2: Lao Cai - Sapa (70km Hotel stay )
Go to visit Lao Cai border of Vietnam and china. From Lao Cai We have long ways Border to Y Ty We visit and have lunch here. Then go to Sapa, the highest place in Vietnam, O Quy Ho pass with an altitude of 2 thousand meters. Riding back to Sapa 15km stay in Sapa and visiting.
Day 3: Sapa - Bac Ha Market ( 110km Homstay)
Winding roads all day driving around the wild landscapes of mountains and forests blending into the majestic nature, We stay in a small village with ethnic houses. You can walk and visit around the village.
Day 4: Bac Ha - Ha Giang ( 150km - Tay Family Homstay )
A day drive along the northern border, breathtaking views of rice paddies and ethnic minority homes perched precariously on was great we went to an ancient Tay village to relax with dinner and great cold beer.
Day 5: Ha Giang - Yen minh - Dong Van -140km- Hotell stay
Ha Giang is mainly Tay people, Red Dao people, Ho Mong people , The friendly landscape and the majestic mountains make this place unforgettable for you , will visit the residence of King palace located under a small valley of the h'mong people, Dong Van geological plateau is recognized by UNESCO as a natural heritage of the world and is preserved.
Day 6: Dong Van - Meo Vac - Bao Lac ( 100km - Hotell stay )
We had a wonderful day driving across Ma Pi Leng Pass, the most famous pass in Vietnam. Everyone wants to come and explore. We drove along the border looking at China, just a river away. We pass through many small villages along the rivers to reach the small town of Bao Lac and stay one night
Day 7: Bao lac - Ban Gioc waterfall ( 200km Homsstay )
We go through the 14-storey pass to Cao Bang province, we go along the border, this place is likened to a majestic mountain picture.You will see ancient villages of ethnic minorities .
Day 8: Stay and visit Ban gioc waterfall and cave
It's wonderful, we will be surprised when we visit the largest waterfall in Vietnam and can look at China nearby then return to our homestay to sleep in a small village with not too many people passing by.and visit Nguom Ngao cave
Day 9:Ban Gioc - Ba Be Lake ( 220km Homstay )
Passing through small villages and trails, the scenery is unforgettable , Ba Be Lake is one of the 9 largest natural freshwater lakes in the world . And we have boat trip and for swimming,You can enjoy the winding mountain road with wonderful scenery We will stay in an ancient village with a Tay family you can cook with and prepare a sumptuous dinner with their signature dishes.
Day 10:Ba Be Lake - Vu Linh 150km
Passing through Tuyen Quang province, passing through small villages and acacia forests to Thac Ba lake in Yen Bai province, one of the largest lakes in Vietnam, originating from the Da river.On the last night, we slept at the ethnic people's house. We had a farewell party, lit a campfire, and danced and sang with the locals.
Day 11:Thac Ba Lake - Ha Noi 180km
finish trip at Garage and we picup your team to the hotell !
If you choose the Ha Long Bay package, we will have a 2-day vacation in Ha Long. If not, we will end the tour in Hanoi.
